I grew up in Lincoln, graduating from Lincoln High School (go Links!) and Nebraska Wesleyan University (go P Wolves!). I am blessed with a wonderful family, which includes my wife Terri who recently retired as a teacher with the Lincoln Public School system.

In my spare time:

• I enjoy swimming at our local YMCA or riding my bike on the many great community trails in Lincoln.

• You will see me at many University of Nebraska and Nebraska Wesleyan men's and women's basketball games. This is my happy place! I love College basketball.

• I have been fortunate to serve in the past on several local community boards, including Nebraska Wesleyan Board of Governors, First Plymouth Church Board and Dimension Education Foundation board. I have also been involved with community events for the Cooper YMCA and Mourning Hope.
